Hi, We are so sorry to hear we didn't meet your standards. Please contact the property manager at (607) 962-3107 to discuss your specific concerns.
Very old apartments
Equally old appliances (AC Units, Washer, dryer, dishwasher, leaking refrigerators)
Read MoreIssues Flush in the toilet (Believe me, you will have to be after the leasing office staff to get this fixed)
Snakes in the lawns
Potholes on the roads
The roads are not cleaned properly in winters. Good luck with it. I almost hit a building because of slick roads. And you are on your own on weekends.
The roof starts leaking if it rains a little harder
Lawns are not maintained at all
Stagnant water everywhere
Kitchen Cabinets might fall apart any minute
Not enough hot water even in bigger sized apartments with more than one bathroom. Which means after one takes a shower (no long showers mind you! ) , the other one will have to wait for 10-15 minutes. Thats how long it takes for the heater to heat up the enough water again so that it runs hot for another 10 mins.
You will have to pay for any replacements after you move in. Your rent doesnt cover them.

This went on all winter with minimal repairs, and the run around given time and time again. The average temperature ran roughly 40 degrees during the winter months, the only way to keep the place warm was by using the gas oven.

The rent is rather expensive for the apartment quality. The closet is very small. One closet was knocked dow Read Moren to accommodate a new broiler last year.
The apartment is spacious and conveniently located near my work place. The neighborhood is clean and quiet.
