The apartment was nice and would be something I would definitely consider moving into but the sales representative never contacted me back and besides that she was rude and quick to basically tell me I can't afford the apartment without looking at my income.

Bathroom ceiling caved in due to a leak from apartment above me. This has been an on going problem since I moved in. Apartment produced excessive mold my first winter here. Drug activity right around the corner.

We never have hot water and our neighbors below are always smoking and management never does anything about it and when we do get something fixed it takes the emergency guys forever to come and fix it. And they keep raising rent an we don't get any more for the price
