I love this property ,I would love to live there, The rooms are very spacious, the as really seems great, The management seems very nice, This place and managing group seems very nice If I'm giving a chance to live there I would be so thankful. Although the apartment was lovely, and just what I was looking for, I'm afraid that the rent was just too expensive.

I am a current resident here at Regency Park Apts going on 12 years now. The maintenance crew are extremely efficient and pleasant. The management is great and have responded to my requests whenever I needed something done in the apartment in a timely manner. When I requested a new stove, my entire kitchen was renovated! I have never had anything stolen. If this is indeed happening, perhaps the individuals affected are not locking their doors. Even though the outside doors lock, I always keep my apartment door locked. It's a habit I have from growing-up in NYC. The building I live in is quiet and I know most of the neighbors in it. We are polite and friendly with each other. Although I don't know the names of all the maintenance crew, by nature they are a friendly and courteous lot. Twice I accidentally locked myself out of the apt but because of my kind neighbor, I was able to use her phone and summon someone to open my door which was done promptly. In my building, the carpets are clean in the hallways and the washing machines are kept very clean also. If someone is so concerned about so called germs, run a bleach cycle before doing your wash cycle! All the men work diligently to keep this complex in shape..inside and outside crews and I find the Rental Office very cooperative and responsive to their tenants needs.

I have things stolen out of my apartment twice, no forced entry. I have been checking with neighbors and so have found 5 that were burglarized. All women. The places need painted, the carpet is dirty in the hallways and management and corporate office don't care. Basically their opinion is, that's apartment life.

The apt complex is very well maintained, well run and the staff is well trained in all aspects of apt efficiency. I would re-rent. The only aspect that is troubling, is that there are no hook ups for private laundry machines. Most people do not like traipsing all over just to wash clothes, and sharing germs with other people..
