Nice quiet community and extremely pet friendly. Offers two layout choices for the 2 bedroom units--both nice and spacious with an outdoor space as well. Little community party/get-togethers were a nice touch. If we weren't saving for a house we would have definitely renewed our lease. Only issue we had involved parking--some resident's guests would take all the front spaces. When I have my own personal entrance I'd like to have a relatively close spot to park.
