Not recommend Rustic Village. The rent there is the most expensive in Rochester and their service is the worst. My room's heating system has problem and kept noisy whole night. I cannot sleep for whole night. I reported the issue to Rustic office to repair at 4 AM in the morning but they didn't take any action. I called back in the afternoon and they said they have no idea when the problem will be fixed. They just don't care tenants at all. Rustic Village is the worst choice!!!

I wouldn't stay here again. From my experience, the administrative staff was less than courtesy and outright rude at times. They're very excited and nice when they are trying to sell you on the place but once you have an issue or complaint they turn into someone completely different. For the price you pay and the treatment from the staff, it doesn't compare. At times I felt like the staff was doing me a favor by me staying there and that anything else was extra. Unfortunate because of how nice the landscaping is around the apartments and how well the maintenance staff treats you.

I wouldn't recommend staying here for one main reason...the staff is very unprofessional. Was treated poorly and without respect on multiple occasions and you would think for how much you pay to stay here you would get better customer service but it seems like they've forgotten who actually pays the bills around here!

Excellent location but security was extremely rude . You could hear everything through the walls every conversation and noise made in other apartments near you, you could hear.

The rule that says that if the renting contract is less than a year you have to pay $200 extra every month is illogical and offending.

I really find Rustic Village as a good place to live. their services are above the expectations. The only one thing people complain about it is that buildings are very old, however, I enjoy living here !
