My mom and I had the pleasure meeting Leslie Metott, while applying for townhome. Right off back, Leslie is very caring, patient and passionate about her work and seeing to others and assisting them with whats needed. Not to mention other employees there are very polite and helpful.

I lived in Gregory Arms for a few years and overall I had a great experience. When I was looking for a place to live in Syracuse, I was still working out of town and I wasn't able to travel to see apartments in person. I contacted the management at Gregory Arms and they FaceTimed me to show me around the different apartments. I chose one that I liked I was very happy with it. When I transitioned to working from home, I really appreciated living in a building that was clean, safe, and scent-free. My neighbours were all super nice and friendly. I would highly recommend Gregory Arms to anyone who looking for safe, clean, spacious, and well-priced apartment located 10 minutes from downtown.

I have to admit like the place, good location... BUT $100 admin fee??? $50 app fee??? That's $150 you lose if your told no... I guess they're only renting to people like Elon Musk or Joe Biden's family...Not people from Syracuse
