Brighton Square Senior Apartments

Paper thin walls and floors make for a horrible noisy experience if you live on the first or second floor. Ridiculous rent increases to the point that they're constantly losing people. Parking situation is not great in the winter months. You lose about 10 parking spaces so they can dump the snow in that area since there's no other place to put it. And when there's a big snowstorm, they expect elderly people to move their cars into the street and walk back in a storm so they can plow. You'd think being in Buffalo they would have thought it out better. Very minimal handicap parking spaces given that this is a senior living apartment complex. They seem to only take care of the property in the front. The patio areas in the back look terrible. They ripped out perfectly good bushes 3 years ago and still haven't replaced them. Edging is pulling up; and what used to be a bed of decorative stones is now mostly the black weed cloth poking through. But this is in the back of the building, so I guess that's why they don't care what it looks like. And this is supposed to be a no smoking complex yet the smell of cigarette smoke while walking down the halls is horrible. The smell even comes through the heating vents at times. It's pretty apparent that people are smoking in their apartments.
