    Dont do it! The maintenance sucks. Dirty tenants on all floors.

    Fairly nice area for Troy. Maintenance in the winter is terrible. The whole system they have with how they plow is appalling. Not enough staff to keep the lots clean and safe.

    I gave the low rating only because of the exiting process. When we were trying to move in the where awesome. Living out of state they did everything they could to help me. When I move out they sent the final bill to collections kept the 850. Deposits and wanted 85.00 more dollars. I could understand us owing but sending it to collections was wrong

    Untimely fashion for repairs People in the office had terrible attitudes, very unkind Ridiculously high wash/dry prices My car was broken into, and the cameras that should have been working, weren't.
