North Ponds Apartments is an excellent place to call home. I've been here six months and I'm very impressed with all aspects of living here. The office staff is very professional and friendly. The maintenance staff is top notch and extremely helpful.

Ceiling lighting in the bed rooms is non-existent and they do not allow for certified electricians to add lighting so the lighting in the bedrooms is limited to natural light which in Rochester in the winter is not a lot. While this is a major downside of the apartment, the rest is very good for apartment living.

We loved everything about living here except the cost of the rent. We are on a fixed income and the $1430+ rent was something we just cannot afford. Everyone was great. Good care was taken care of any problems very quickly. Loved the location. Office staff always caring and efficient.

There was constant issue with the family across the street violating the terms of the lease. Even after countless complaints from different residents, the family was still violating the terms. It took 2 years before management would not renew their lease. The family should have been removed far before this.
