Very poor maintenance is matched only by the lack of courtesy by the office staff. They have made and broken many promises to me regarding maintenance and repair, they are not good at snow removal in Western New York and just give the impression that anything they actually do accomplish is a favor.

In emergency cases, like how our basement would flood during the rain, they'd show up quickly. But for other (smaller?) things, like our windows, gutters and fence, they did show up, but it took longer.

During a rough time in my life the prior property manager was very helpful and really worked with me. He is gone now which is a huge dis-service.

It started out really nice. Then the management switched. They would misplace rent payments. They increased the rent for beautification projects that never happened. There was a lack of communication through the office staff.
