    There is absolutely nothing luxurious about these apartmtments; to start with the sprinklers come on several times during the day soaking and flooding the walkways and lawn, so you have to try and time your coming and going if you want to stay dry. The windows are old and you can hear the outside noise. There is no security camera's, fense or gates, so forget about safety. The carpeting is old and infested with carpet bugs. The floors creak and it cost a small fortune to heat the place which by the way is not included in the rent. The appliances look like they should work but don't count on any maintenance or timely repairs. The cheapest paint is used to paint the walls because if you happen to brush against them the color (puke yellowish) rubs right off. The club house is a joke, it adds nothing entertaining or beneficial to the rental experience. A small gym with a hottub would be a nice addition.Don't get me started about landscaping, the deep ruts in the lawn, dead bushes and trees, no benches, or seating to enjoy that waterfall. And I guess the corporate ownners think seniors don't have guest or family because there's no place for them to park. In my opinion the apartments need complete makeovers and updating to be called luxury apartments, perhaps 10-15 yrs ago they were. So in conclusion you'd be wise to look elsewhere if your looking for luxury or a better quality 55plus community.

    My washer has been broken for 3 weeks and no has called to say when it might be fixed I pay to have a washer and dryer!!!!! Beware if youre thinking about moving here!!!! Parking is dreadful, i have a 2 bedroom and my child has to be over 19 to live here but you only have one parking space. If you have guests good luck finding parking! I am so disappointed.....
