I left this complex after many years in May. The maintenance staff is friendly but incompetent. The front office has continued to decline since I moved in. There used to be a really nice manager who handled everything quickly and correctly. When she left, the community went downhill. The new management doesn't reply and when they do they make problems worse not better. For "luxury apartments" the finish work, broken electrical outlets and poor upkeep have this complex declining. If I owned this place I would take a closer look. Look elsewhere. I did.

I have been living this apartment for the last 4 years. I loved it. Recently there is a tenant living upstairs and it was horrible. Its like jumping, making lots of noises and we wont be able to sleep or do anything. We complained and called a police but still no result. Someone suggested we should sue the apartment. We are currently suffering with the noice at night so we dont even know what to do at this point.

Excellent standard of living. Apartments are new and maintenance service is excellent. The location is very nice. We had a great experience living at Coventry Green.

Beautifully Landscaped, Resort Style Pool, Gorgeous View From Balcony, Excellent Maintenance Staff, Pretty Office Workers, Friendly Neighbors, Close to Business Section of Transit Road, Close to Thruway Enterance and much more. Simply Wonderful, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

The apartments and grounds are beautiful and the price is reasonable for the quality and area. I would have rated excellent however I feel there are some improvements that could be made. Such as now as it gets dark by 5:30 many residents are walking and it is hard to see them as they aren't wearing appropriate clothing. I think maybe a sidewalk would be nice or a play area for children as they are always playing unattended in parking lots.

Coventry Green is an extremely well-managed apartment complex. I am continually suprised by how thoughtful and also organized they are. I also feel like a true member of a community, and those that work in the leasing office always seem to remember who you are and where your reside in the complex.
