Just moved in. Im new to this community and so far Ive found it very nice place to live. Elma helped me with laundry washing machine and she also explained how to use other ones as well.

Ive been living at the Crestwood Lake Apartments for 3 months and I have nothing but nice things to say.Thanks to Elma my apartment was spotless .Building is clean safe and well maintained.The amenities are great as well as the location.Convenient to shopping and restaurants.The staff is so nice and welcoming .I feel right at home. Five stars !!!!!

CALLING ALL CAR THIEVES!!! Junk your stolen cars at crestwood because they do nothing to tow! So many cars without plates or tags parked in crestwood! Parking is not regulated in crestwood as they say. Complained in emails and no response. Pictures below! Managements sucks BEWARE DO NOT MOVE HERE. This complex is the horrible and ghetto living space but just in a nice area. Roach and rat infested. The hallways are disgusting. Pictures included. Cracks everywhere. Management has an answering service, never can get anyone on the phone. They do not even answer emails. They charge for repairs even though their buildings are old. And no one to dispute it with because again they never respond to emails. And crestwood staff I DO live here. Just a different email in fears of retaliation from you guys!!! This complex used to be beautiful and safe. Now, ever since new general manager, this place has gone downhill. The owners really should dig deep into who they have hired. But then again as long as they save money why should they give a damn for tenants. Please stop with the “we can discuss this” and all the responses of trying to make it seem like you care. Reality is THEY NEVER RESPOND TO EMAILS, they do not pick up the phone and have an answering service 24/7. Just stop.!

What a terrible experience my apartment is roach infested. Call the 800 number give key permission but that part of the message never got to manager.
