I recently moved into the Modera (well, I think we all have since the building appears to be less than a year Read Moreold) and I've loved it. Being on the water is great, everything in the building is shiny and new, and the residents are a nice mix of older & younger, families & single people. For that one week every other month that I try to eat well and exercise, the gym has everything I need. I get a warm smile and a nice conversation from the people at the front desk every day, Clarissa in the leasing office is genuinely kind and always a pleasure to talk to when our paths cross, and Cherell (also in the leasing office) has always been great at getting back to me quickly and with a thoughtful response whenever I have any questions about day-to-day things or little things in the apartment that need to be taken care of. In speaking to my neighbors, it seems like many of the people who lived in the area moved here once the Modera opened, which is a great sign. And I still enjoy walking along the water when I'm leaving for the day or coming back home. The Modera is truly a great place to live.

I absolutely hate living at Modera Hudson Riverfront. The staff arent easy to work with at all in my opinion t Read Morehey seem to all have this very fake/professional persona to them my guess is they were all trained the same way. I mean when you go to them with an issue the resolution is never in favor to make things easier on the tenants meanwhile we pay a hefty amount of money to live here. Ive lived in this community for years now. I also know other tenants very well and we share the same issues. Some tenants I know wouldnt dare go down to ask any of the women in the office a question , and avoid having to walk past the office. Thats no way to feel when youre paying $3000 plus rent !!! The lobby is cleaned at all times the garage smells like a wet cat ! Rugs in the halls have stains! Garbage rooms smell awful at times ( I know its a garbage room but I have lived in luxury buildings where I never smelled anything awful even coming from the garbage rooms ) Weve paid amenities fees since moving in yet the very end of the summer the pool and courtyards half way opened to residents !! We dont want to use the pool after getting a email basically stating swim at your own risk! I wil say maintenance does a good job I didnt expect to have all the issues I had moving into the apt since this is a very new building but theyve handled it very well in the resident portal makes it very easy to put in a ticket for repairs and they respond very quick from my past experiences. The building is beautiful from the outside looking in just missing the whole luxury experience and what were paying for considering I had that experience with buildings that wasnt as beautiful. Maybe somethings will change over the next few months, perhaps change will come if some of the staff are replaced in my opinion.

Swing out. balcony door replaced! Locking mechanism wouldn't latch into the floor board and hung low. It took Read More just over a month to handle but it's fixed and working now and I'm satisfied with the new door!
