I had given a 5 star google review when I moved in early 2016. After staying close to 5 years and paying more than $90K in rent, paid fully on time, I was charged $1K for damages claiming extra cleaning, paint, carpet replacement with inflated prices. There were no damages at all. I was even charged labor for replacing the carpet even though the carpet's life was over. We spent 4 days cleaning the house and eventually wondered why did we waste our time and energy. So, it's your choice whether to move in or not but remember they will fix everything at YOUR cost when you move out so that the new tenant gets lured to well maintained home and give a 5 star rating like I did. Avalon peaks did not pay, it is the tenants who pay. Avalon peaks makes 100% profit with your over priced rent for a 20+ year old homes. PS: Rent is very high and not worth the price. For couple hundred dollars more you will pay mortgage for a 3000 Sq ft NEW home close by that you would own. You will even get newer rental homes for lesser cost.

We have lived at Avalon Peaks for 7 years and have enjoyed most of our time here. The apartment we live in has a wonderful flow to it and the screened, large porch is a great touch! We also enjoy walking our dogs through the tree lined streets and meeting up w our wonderful neighbors who also walk their dogs. Avalon Peaks is a very dog friendly complex. The grounds are kept very clean except for a few dog owners who do not pick up their dogs waste. Right now we have a great manager and office team. When you have a problem they are very responsive and take care of things quickly! And the maintenance team right now is the best I can remember. Very friendly, polite and skillful. We live on the second floor so our apartment is pretty quiet. We would recommend Avalon Peaks to our friends and family members confidently.
