    The staff here is quick to respond and quite helpful when moving in and acquiring info about the complex however, do not expect the same treatment once you've handed in you 60 day notice. They have a history of ignoring and not returning phone calls, as well as keeping your deposit and gouging you for more money. For the price, there are much better options in the AVL area. Be cautious of this place for it is not at all ideal

    My main and only complaint is the office staff. The staff in the office are rarely on the same page. I get different answers for the same question depending on who I talk to. This has been very frustrating and caused several major inconveniences. They can also be passive aggressive and rude. They could use improvement in their customer service skills overall. The maintenance staff, however, are fantastic! They are polite, timely, and helpful. Overall, I am satisfied with the amenities

    I have to say our experience has been pretty good. However, we are highly disappointed after receiving the renewal rent quotes. How in the world can raising the rent over a hundred dollars be rationalized? We will have to move soon, because this is rediculous! I have never had that high of an increase at ANY of the other apt complexs we have lived in.

    Apartments are fairly well maintained both inside and out. Although, many dog owners do not clean up after their dogs, and the walls in the apartments are paper thin. I can almost always hear what my neighbor is doing or saying. Parking is difficult if you do not have a unit that includes a garage. I often work night shifts and have to park near other buildings and walk to mine due to the lack of parking for my building. Also, rent seems a little overpriced.
