Like other reviews have stated IF the price were a little bit lower some things could be overlooked. Forget about everything else... There is a HUGE cell tower on the property, I had to get out of there.

These apartments are about $200 too much for what is being provided. They're not competing with other nicer apartments in the area that have more amenities. Rent gets raised at renewal without any reason for it to be raised. Services have been removed without a reduction in price. Package acceptance and preferred employer discount are two services that have been discontinued on top of a rent increase. No notifications are sent out about any of this. Some of the materials used in the apartments are sub-par, contractor grade junk. Shower surrounds, bathtubs, and kitchen cabinets are just a few materials that really should be better for the price of the apartments. Corrections for Amenities: Fireplaces in some apartments, vaulted ceilings in some apartments, Internet is not included in the price but is available as it is almost anywhere you'll live, there isn't really a clubhouse(it's a couch, a tv, and a coffee machine in the office), there is no extra storage other than what's included in your apartment, there is no on-site patrol that I've seen, there is a pool but it's closed a large portion of the year, the public transportation is not in the complex, but all the way on Hendersonville Rd near the Wal-mart. I will say that it is fairly quiet and is pet-friendly. There are lots of pets in the complex, but there isn't a dog park. The closets actually are nice sized just as the amenities list. The bedrooms may be a bit small coming from another complex or house though. The view varies depending on which building you're in, but it can be nice. Really, if the rent was just $200 cheaper, the complex would be fine for what you'd be paying.

This place is a crap hole I have been here to long cant wait till my lease is up .new manager is rude and is more worries about her hair and shoes then us. There is a huge issue with roaches in my building Kim just waits tell someone complains then they only treat that apartment. They are all connected hello. Also huge mold issue . It just gets painted over not fixed . Ed and new Maintenance supervisor Kevin are great they both are very Knowledgeable and nice. But theyre hands are tied. Cant write cheeks to pay rent or pay at office . This place is a dump if you plan on coming to the views RUN .

They're charging you way to much for a very crappy apartment. Begged for things to be fixed that never got fixed. Office staff is very unpleasant and they gossip about other tenants. STAY AWAY!

Have always felt safe and management team has always been prompt in dealing with residents issues/concerns. Grounds and facilities have always been kept clean and tidy.
