Overall, I have nothing but good to say about "my" community! The location cannot be beat; the staff has always been very supportive and I love my neighbors! ie: it is home....

Love it here..would hate to ever leave!

The manager is great but the rest of the staff is very unprofessional!! The customer service is very bad and their emergency determination for maintenance can leave you in a "sweat."

Way too many handicapped parking. Service elevators need to be.cleaned periodically. Need to have parking for motorcycles. There are two motorcycles that are parked front and center and have not moved . looks like they are being stored under silver covers,(behind office building). Please remind us tp pickup after our pooches.when they do their business on the grounds and dog run. : ).

Worth every penny. Verde Vista is in a great area by the mall, shopping centers and by highways. The staff plans community events which are great. The apartments sit very high on a mountain and the views over the city are great! When my family came to help move me in they were very comforted by the community and how safe it is. So many cute dogs being walked and by the dog park. Ample parking. Car wash and vacuum station. There are other places for similar prices but not with all these amenities. The choice was simple once I saw this place for myself. Like I said, worth every penny.

I am very happy at Verde Vista. The improvements that have been made are very nice and there are more improvements all the time.
