I have been a resident for 5 years now and watched many people come and go. The office staff Shannon, Christi Read Moreana and Heather are going the extra mile for each and every resident. They greet you with a pleasant smile, and are always willing to lend the helpful ear if needed. I can truely say that I give them a 10 out of a ten rating along with others in our lovely apartment complex. Thank you girls for all you do in a day for the residents.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX! Multiple residents have been robbed over the last six months and management has Read Moredone NOTHING about it. Living here is like living in a motel -- no security from parking lot to the doors of residents. No security cameras, no security personnel on site. It is a DISASTER.

Multiple recent thefts by an employee who had access to all apartment keys have occurred at this complex and Read Morethe corporate office has yet to provide any open communication to residents. Older residents were particularly targeted by the employee (a warrant has been issued for his arrest). Its has been all very hushed up; for an "upscale" living community with very high rents, the corporate response has been egregious and dismissive.

When I moved out I was notified I owed 1,000 dollars because the carpet was replaced. Knowing this couldn't be Read More true I called to speak with management, after being brought to tears I was told I still had to pay. Three days later received a call saying there had been mistake the carpet was never replaced. Also while living in community had serious mold issues.

Weirbridge Village Management
Overall, we have been pleased with living here. But as is often the case with "premium" apartment communities, Read More while the apartments look nice with the crown molding and such, once you've been here for a while it becomes clear that the quality of building materials is just not great. For example, our carpets are showing quite a bit of wear, despite the fact that only two of us live here and we take our shoes off at the door. I'm already dreading the fight over carpet charges when we move :(
