I was very pleased with my initial visit and was told I would receive a call back in a week regarding a specific unit. It has been 2 weeks and I have yet to receive that follow up call. I have now rented at a different apartment community due to this company's lack of commitment to a potential renter.

They used to be nice. They got taken over and are run by people who don't care as much. The internet is awful when it used to be great. The parking isnt ideal, especially when staff park their golf carts in a spot convenient for residents. Office staff never wants to help. Not sure why there is a recycling bin when it is always overflowing and mixed with trash. Water leaking onto the floor isn't "on the list of emergencies" so they won't come fix it. The old management was great tho.

From the first day I felt welcomed and I could perceive the intention of helping employees at all times. The environment in all areas of the complex is quiet, cozy and safe. I love living here.
