    These apartments do not have a gym. The laundry facility has cockroaches. Management is rude. There is no grill for everyone to use. The back of the apartments are never maintained.

    The new staff is amazing! The ladies is the leasing office are very helpful, maintenance is reliable and come in a timely manner when there is an issue. I highly recommend this place!

    The space is large and rent is low. My biggest problem was my toilets overflowed about 6 times over the course of 3 months. I am talking an inch of water in the bathroom, kitchen, closet, to the front door, and seeping into the carpet of the living room. And water dripping from the ceiling in one spot. The first time it happened the water was cut off for 3 days to the entire building. The health department was called from multiple tenants. Management told them the problem was fixed when the building still did not have water or plumbing. I was told by management the plumbers were going to scope the line to find the problem, but the plumbers told me management was not allowing them to do so. My second complaint is when I tried to get out of the apartment. I talked to one manager about it and she said she would have to talk to corporate to make sure it was okay. She told me this multiple times over the course of 2 months. Finally, there was a switch of management. This management said the manager will call you to schedule a walk through. After a week I asked what is going on and was told to leave my keys and the manager will do the walk through. After another week I talked to the manager who informed me of a clause in the lease where I had to pay one months rent and $500 to leave early (I only had one month left). I paid my last months rent, gave them the keys, and was happy to get rid of this place. Overall, this is not a place to live forever, just very temporarily.

    Brittany Apartments are very dirty and the management staff are lazy.

    I am a resident of the Brittany! I have seen the good,bad and ugly. We had a new manager, she was the best that we have had in a long time. She got ahold of the kids and teenagers that was running this place.She got the pool open when no one else could. It hasn't been open in a couple of years.She took care of the parking issues. Got all of the apartment rented with fit people. Was looking good. She is gone! I hope the next manager will fill her shoes in keeping to make an enjoyable place to live.Dont let it go back to the pits.

    I lived here for six years. Gym's been closed for more than 2 months even when it was open the machines were old and broke. I asked when they were opening and they say we will let you know but never have an updates. The laundry facilities are nasty dirty and have cockroaches. There's trash in the lawns and no one picks it up. People let their animals do their business anywhere even neighbor's lawns or their flowerbeds. But the office people are more concerned with getting people's cars towed or not fixing anything.
