Office staff was dishonest with me about the terms of my lease before my move in. Apartments are advertised as Read More UNC student friendly, but the majority of the people living in the complex are families of refugees, not college students. The complex was very noisy and the walls to the apartments are thin. One of the bedrooms in my apartment flooded while I was living there, the management staff never addressed the actual issue of water coming up through the foundation, just cleaned the carpet.

we moved into the apartment and there were roaches. although they tried numerous treatments we could never get Read More rid of them. They never offered to move us or anything. Although the staff was very friendly and very helpful from management all the way down to maintenance with any other issue that arose.

The apartments are pretty dated and the laundry facility is not very well kept(machines always breaking). Its Read More pretty quiet, mostly families with kids running around or the occasional dog, and there are some nice trails right off the property. The amenities are substandard which is what makes them "affordable" ie. no icemaker, no dishwasher, 1970s appliances. Needs an update!
