Very bad management. They often misplace tenants' requests and application information. Bad credit.

We signed a lease and were told we could move in today 11/6. I called in the morning to confirm and they said my husband could get the key upon arrival. One hour later, they called to say there is an "emergency" and he can't move in for three more days. This was AFTER he drove 15 hours to get there. The "emergency" turns out to be that the floors weren't ready. That's not an emergency. Nobody reached out to inform us of the situation until an hour before his arrival. This cost us lots of time and money. We are no longer moving in here and are left with no home, in a new city, with no back up plan. Having the apartment ready was THEIR responsibility. Informing us of any delays was THEIR responsibly. They did neither.

the trash compactor is also full, it's surrounding is dirty, full of mad, hard to get approach, it is not empty in time, and residents do not have the space to discard the boxes. we receive letter for renew leasing everyday even we have renewed our leasing. why we need to pay 300 even we Change the apartment in sunstone, such as for 1b1b to 2b2b. why the leasing is fixed to June, I understand that we can not move out earlier that the contract, but we should can move out later than the leasing,

I paid a significant amount of rent and my master bedroom did not have heat. I asked the manager and maintenance staff to fix my heating problem and nothing was ever fixed. I submitted about 10 requests and nothing was ever done. I went through all of winter with no heat in my room. I had to get a space heater and as a result my energy bills shot up since I had to keep the space heater on day and night to keep my bedroom at a bearable temperature.
