Good apartment complex. The trash at the dumpster on the weekends needs to be addressed. The pile has been 10 feet high at times.

It's not the worst, it's not the best... I haven't seen many bugs, but the overall environment is subject to the typical renter mentality- no pride of ownership. Lots of littering and noise. My biggest complaint are the caliber of people that move in here.

I have had no issues with the office staff. The maintenance response is usually pretty timely. I am not particularly pleased with parking I believe each unit should be allotted at least 2 parking spots. I have seen some of the other apartments with more amenities, although in this apartments defense they are usually larger complexes but the price we are paying is compatible of that which I believe we are paying for location (which by the way is great) But honestly I'm not completely sure I would recommend these apartments to anyone I was REALLY cool with; without theses few warnings; The lease renewal prices to me, are extremely higher than what the market rates are online and there are associated fees( amenities) like the trash that was supposed to be included in the price that after you renew your lease you have to pay for but that's nowhere in the original contract that this is a temporary thing. We ended up still paying for cable (amenities) because it is so slow and bad you could never get on it always kicks you off and if you work from home a lot or are in school it's no good. The gym equipment has been down for 2 months now (waiting on a part I was told; for 2 months?) The walls are super thin so you can hear your neighbors full conversations , so don't plot a crime; you will be caught. LOL! But It's not too bad. I did renew my lease but I have to say I don't believe I will be renewing again as the rent is too high I will be better off purchasing a home. However, I don't regret living here, location is great, it's pretty quiet for the most part and I have had really no real issues here!

Landscaping and other services are not as nice as when first moved here..e.g. trash removal, computer room, swimming pool area and some grassy areas are completely ruined due to dog urine and poop..

I love this complex! They are very understanding! I love the pool, doggie park, and I love the staff. I feel at home. I didn't give a 5 star because of towing. Residents guest have to park at the leasing office if there are any spaces there. If there isn't then your guest can not come over or they will be towed. Other than that I love the area and being an resident.
