Bad Customer Service. They dont care about tenants complaining about their apartments, they just want your money! Plus half the amenities they offer is broken or out of service all the time.

These are not luxury apartments. Maintenance is always understaffed which means it can take 2-3 weeks to complete work orders, which are supposed to be complete within 48 hours according to website. When they do arrive, do not be surprised if they half complete the order. The breezeways are dirty and full of litter, stains and spiderwebs. The gates NEVER work. In over 2 1/2 years, both gates have worked properly at the same time for less than 5 weeks total. The pool doesn't pass inspection. The only positive is that the current staff are very nice. They just don't have the resources they need to effectively manage the property and keep everything in good repair, which is extremely frustrating for a paying tenant. Keep looking. Don't move here.
