Horrible experience!!! This complex is managed very poorly! The office staff including the office manager (Kimberly) are very rude and desrespectful to the tenants. Water leak for nine months. Reported many times, but maintenance could never find true source of leak. This leak damaged the wall and ceiling. When you question the office about their poor service, tell you to leave the office and threaten to call the police. They also tell you to not come back again! So, obviously they do not care at all about their tenants. Apparently the parent company American Landmark is not aware of this issues or point blank they just do not care!

Office is not on top of any maintenance request. Me personally have put 4, the first one was while moving in, the second one was for a leak in my daughters room window and for neither one maintenance ever call me to look at the issues, nor the office follow up. My last two was right after the other for no AC working. For two nights in a row my kids slept with no AC. I put an emergency maintenance, the first one t someone by the name of Eric came look at it and told be the unit is fine, just to put the temperature I wanted and to leave it running. We left because it was hot, we came back a few hours later and nothing still hot. I put a se one emergency request, Eric called me back with an attitude stating there is nothing wrong with my unit and I would be charge a fee for requesting emergency service and he hung up. I step out of the apartment because of the heat, Eric call me back and told me with the biggest attitude to stop calling the emergency service line. Ive only been here two months and I have to deal with this. Dont recommend to no one
