        Mold +high level of cladosporium spores confirmed in unit. No response from management since 12/23. Photos of the units as they are can be seen on google maps. Weinstein Properties and their community, Bexley Crossing at Providence are retaliating and threatening me with eviction and no offer of renewal because I have been asking/begging for them to start cleaning the common areas of the property, in addition to a plethora of other issues, There are no third party vendors used around the property, but maintenance members are utilized for cleaning and every other possible issue, and thus overworked. At least 3 maintenance persons quit their jobs in the past few months. Per the maintenance team, the property has around 40 broken AC units. Before reading the details, please note that this property is located in a rather affluent area of Charlotte, and is located right next to a country club. Their website shows the units and property as luxury, despite the photos posted below. Base rent is around $1600 for a two bedroom unit, but they disproportionately price the units, and per some reviews on google, terminate upcoming agreements with tenants in order to charge someone else more. In addition, since moving into the unit in January 2022, it was turned over to me with mold on windows, pet urine on the balcony, tape on appliances etc. The property did not send an actual cleaning service or third party vendor, but the property manager and maintenance team came in to clean (several days in a row). The former manager offered me $25.00 Amazon gift card for the inconvenience, which I refused. During my moms visit to the US (whom I have not seen in 6 years), the dishwasher was broken for 3 months and I have had maintenance in my apartment on a weekly basis, until they finally replaced it three months later.

        I wish I could compliment this property but unfortunately their verification and emergency system for current residents is so disorderly and unprofessional that I would not trust this apartment to assist you when in an emergency. I was recently unable to access my apartment due to the apartment lock not working (Which I made a request month's ago for this) and received about 2-3 weeks of decent entry access before the same issue eventually caused me to lose precious time from my employment and leaving me stranded outside. The cherry on the top is the property acknowledges this was their fault and still told me to get a locksmith. Save yourself the trouble
