      DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS! Charlotte 360 is an absolute SCAM! The pictures on their website is absolute LIES!! All of the units are outdated inside and out. The appliances are used/barely works. Plus, roach infestation. Dont waste your time putting in a work order on the online portal. Theyll mark it completed while havent fixed anything. My bedroom window has been broke since the day I moved in and it still hasnt been tended to almost a year later. Ive almost brought to their attention that theres mold spreading in my bathroom which they also havent tend to. Theres been alot of shootings and break-ins. A neighbor of mine just moved in not even a month ago and already had her car broken into. The leasing office is UNPROFESSIONAL. Their communication is horrible and dont take accountability for their mistakes. I was having power issues in my unit for almost 2 months while they kept stating that they dont know why. It took one of their maintenance guys to accidentally spit out that there was a fire in my unit with the last tenants.

      DO NOT MOVE HERE! I deeply regret my decision to move here. The high ratings are primarily from tours and tour guides, which can be deceptive. The actual apartment you receive is different from what's shown on tours. There's a nighttime roach issue outside. They are crawling on your outside furniture, car, and flying on you. It will embarrass you when you have guests. Thin walls that allow you to hear neighbors in the bathroom and private conversations, and even their snoring. They can also hear your personal private conversations. No matter how quiet you are. Every passing car can be heard even with doors and windows closed. Even in October, you'll need to buy a window air conditioner unit as the central air struggles to maintain comfort. I moved in nearly three months ago, and it was a significant mistake. Please learn from my experience and avoid moving here.

      My leasing experience at Charlotte360 was an unfortunate and highly disappointing one, failing to live up to the expectations fostered by the website's deceptive images. The damages, presence of insects, and concerns regarding community safety significantly undermined any semblance of comfort. I sincerely hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for both the property management and prospective tenants, urging them to take appropriate action.
