    I was looking forward to moving into my small 1bedroom apartment and was excited. Everything was all set so I thought until I called to follow up with my application. I was told that my income document were never uploaded and I needed to email. I did this and did not hear back. I called again to follow up and was then told I didnt qualify because income. I am a disabled senior women living off of Social Security and Disability. Its does meet 3x the rent that is due before taxes or any other is deducted. I was never told nor is it written that you must your income must qualify after deductions. I assume because I am not a working class person if Society them I didnt meet their requirements! All apartments that know required income 3x gross.
