Yes, this is one of few affordable apartment complexes left in the city and most days you can tell by some staff. I make a nice income and chose here bc there wasn't a lot of red tape and I needed to move quickly, now I wish there was more tape. No one wants to be the person to call out negative, since we all have choices and I chose to stay here, but a spade is a spade. As we all know the better the income, the better the esthetics, so I decided to let my taxes contribute to the area instead of leaving like I wanted to...now they can have the potholes and accidents. I shant renew my lease, nor recommend this place unless a person is under serious constraints. No upgrades, residents must change their own air filters, and there is little to no light leading to units on the backside of a building. A police officer told me that she didn't know there were apartments back there. No option to pay online-- per the comments that was going to happen in 2015. No drop box bc of break-ins. The HVAC units are more than 10 yo, and need to be replaced but they don't want to take the time or money to do it--yet you want your rent on time. The office staff is unprofessional, minus the Assistant Manager, Amanda but she is at a different property now. Daisy has her days when she wants to be civil, but Joanne takes the cake. She is more concerned with her appearance, rushing the discussion. If speaking to ppl with respect & dignity is outside of your jurisdiction, then maybe you should opt for a new career. Maintenance does what they can with the skills that they have, which is to be expected.I have reached out to management, and still have not gotten a follow up call. No worries, my time is winding down and I don't trust that anything will change by repeating myself, so I've reached out to other resources for assistance with establishing a better living for ppl who cant leave. I stand by my review, as I have been giving them benefit of the doubt...no more.

Since I've moved in there has only been issue after issue. I got tired of complaining to the office about these maintenance issues but the workers half work. I'm currently still waiting for some additional work to be done months of living here.

I'm dissatisfied over the fact my rent was raised nearly $50 a month in spite of the fact it is VERY POOR condition. The convenience of taking the trash out to the parking lot is now gone. I must put my baby in the car, along with the smelly trash, and drive it over to the trash compactor which generally has more trash around it than in it. The office doesn't accept packages on my behalf which is another HUGE inconvenience. Multiple calls must be made for one maintenance request.

The only things I wish we could improve: 1) The option to make online payments for rent. 2) The red mud overwhelming the the sidewalk causing me to track it into my residence.
