It's a very comfortable place to live. I've been here for 26 months after moving from Maui, Hawaii. Just needed a small place for myself and loved the studio I was shown. Love also that it's close to everything that I was looking to have close by: malls, grocery stores, gas stations, banking, medical, and 13 takeout food establishments (which I do not use) and then my workplace.

Honestly depends on which bldg you live in serious bug problem. Roaches ants etc. Also very aggressive parking policy in place now if your car is not under the name on the lease you will be towed! Lived here several years pool has been operational only 3 times one of those year it was shut down more than open. Laundry has more machines down than working.Good and bad qualities but it is quiet place to live.

Not very organized. Do not communicate with residents very well. Some staff can be very rude
