We have lived at the community since it opened up. Its a cute place in a great location.

I have been living here for a year and half ,have only good to say about this place . Very friendly staff

THE WALLS ARE SUPER THIN, ONLY LIVE ON THE 3RD FLOOR!!! Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT LIVE HERE because the walls are super thin. You can hear people walk upstairs all day, listen to their conversations, and hear everytime they vacuum their floors or use their washing machine. If you put your head to the wall, you can easily hear your next door neighbors full conversations. I can hear the person who lives above me use the bathroom ( flushing toilet) snoring at night and walking around their apartment all day. I knew a friend that lived in the building and they moved out, but when I went to vist their apartment in the same complex, I was shocked that it's not just me experiencing this noise problem. I really thought I was the only one until my friend complained to me that their family has been living through the thin walls and poor installation conditions in the building for almost 12 months ( I wish they would of told me this before I signed my lease). I can't believe that they built this building so cheap. It looks beautiful from the outside, once you sign your lease and you spend a night- NOISE! They have poor security service. I talked to the one security guard that I randomly see and he told me that the apartment complex doesn't employ a full-time in house/ on property guard. He told me that has 6 other building that he also patrols. If there was an emergency which there's always noise and vandalism, it would take him 20min to get here. I called the security company to verify what the security guard told me and the manager said that it's true, the apartment complex chose not to have a full in house security guard on post all day, but rather chose the cheaper option of having one officer make a routine check every hour. I'm now looking for another place to live... who wants to live in a building and hear your neighbors every footsteps and conversations. Who wants to hear dogs barking 6 doors down from your unit because the walls are so thin.

I did not see the pricing of these adorable units, I would like to recommend these units to those of You who could afford them. This is also a great location in Charlotte.

Our AC breaks frequently and takes days to get fixed. We were charged a late fee because their payment portal software had errors. Nothing we can control, but we get charged for it anyway.

I would like to start off with everyone in the office are very friendly. Very polite and are always helping with any and everything. They gave me the best tour ever. And they are very helpful. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

Avoid This Apartment Complex - Illegal Retaliation and Health Hazards I strongly advise anyone considering moving into this apartment complex to think twice before signing a lease. My experience here has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn potential residents of the serious issues I've encountered. First and foremost, I want to highlight the severe retaliation I faced after exercising my legal rights and filing a formal complaint against the property management and my neighbor. My son has cat allergies, and the overwhelming cat urine smell from our neighbor's unit was making him sick. Despite clearly communicating this to management, the situation not only remained unresolved but escalated in the most alarming way. The day after I lodged my complaint, I woke up to find cat urine and cat hair deliberately spread all over my patio. This disgusting act of retaliation forced me to throw out numerous personal items that were contaminated. The management's failure to address this hostile environment is inexcusable. As if that wasn't enough, a few days after I reported these issues to the health department, my car was broken into. It was driven from its original parking spot, vandalized, and left in a condition that required it to be towed from the property. This sequence of events was retaliation for my efforts to seek a healthier living environment for my family. The management's lack of action and apparent complicity in these retaliatory acts make this complex an unsafe place to live. If you value your peace of mind, your personal safety, and your family's health, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. This complex does not prioritize the well-being of its residents and seems to tolerate or even facilitate vindictive behavior against those who speak up. In conclusion, stay away from this apartment complex. The risk to your health, safety, and personal property is far too great.

Great customer service and apartment tour. Apartments are modern and chic. Jasmine in the office is the best and amazingly professional.

Kayla was so helpful! I was having trouble with my application (user error) and she was extremely patient and kind throughout the entire process. I was so impressed and appreciative. She has made the entire moving and application process seamless!
