When I first started renting it was great for the first year . So I extended my lease and they got new management and they went down hill fast. The property was getting dirty, smelly from the dogs. Manager doesnt know what she is doing. Immature and no confidence.

I love our apartment and the area. The staff is great. The only problem is that a number of residents use the overflow parking lot as a playground for their children. They have no manners or consideration for those that live in the building or for our vehicles, privacy and many other issues. Warnings have went out but nothing is ever done and it is very frustrating.
