    I haven't had a single bad moment here. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The only reason I am leaving the community is due to a lack of closet space in any one bedroom floor plan I like.

    First and foremost, the 'front of the house' is absolutely fantastic. Dana and Caity have been, by measure of my living in 6 different apartment communities in charlotte in just 6 years, the best I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Facilities are well kept and easily accessible. Parking is a breeze, with no issues getting a space close to an entry door etc.
