    will start by saying the office staff is nice however when it comes to the building 101 the place is nasty.,i will post photos below and makes me very uncomfortable and not feel very safe. There are no security cameras on the building to see what's going on in the building. Beer cans are consistently being left in the breezeway. There have been individuals who did not belong in the building get access due to people leaving rocks,sticks,beers cans and so forth in the door allowing anyone to gain access. Everyone in the building is supposed to use their key card and get a replacement if lost. The breezeway floor trim and walls are not maintained are The floors not being mopped and swept consistently. window seal in breezeway is also nasty. The place is not cared for in the breezeway area. they raised the rent but did not raise the standards of living. when it comes to assistance inside your apartment maintenance will come out but the main breezeway is not cared for. you can also see apartment doors are chipped and need to be repainted. And I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with these apartments. i have spoken to the office about the issues however they have yet to be rectified.

    The management is wonderful and amazing they make sure they understand what you tell them especially Kay she makes sure shes detailed, specific, and honest. Most importantly there friendly and respectful.
