The complex has regressed in the last two years! Maintenance of the buildings, grounds and especially the tras Read Moreh collection points have almost become none existent. Old furniture and home appliances are just dumped at will and take a long time to be disposed of, off the premises. Landscaping has deteriorated badly - grass has almost been destroyed, hedges are not trimmed regularly as before and leaves are just left scattered all around. Roads remain dirty and trash is scattered in the parkingarea

I do like the staff in the office. They try very had to assist in any way they can with their residents. Any r Read Moreepairs I have needed have been done fairly quickly and not needed any return or follow up visits. The pricing is a little high for a one bedroom, as it is nearly the same for a two bedroom which seems a little steep. I wish they would honor those residents that have lived here for a few years seeing how so many people stay here for a very short time and then move on.

The apartments are actually pretty well set up. There is however a huge roach epidemic! The so called courtes Read Morey officer never returned calls when we had issues with our neighbors. You're lucky of maintenance gets back to you regarding repairs.
