There is nothing like moving into a BRAND NEW apartment, and having BRAND NEW APPLIANCES!! I moved in Nov 1, 2018, and I am so thankful that I got in when I did! I have two beds two full baths, Im on ground floor, and aside from noise on George Liles Parkway, I dont have a problem hearing my neighbors.
I moved from a 1785 square-foot house to this two bedroom/ two bath apartment, around 1100ft., and I have plenty of room! The blinds are fantastic, I cant say enough about closet space because I have hundreds of shoes and that was very important to me! Both baths are very generous in space and I especially love that my laundry room has a door as well as a LARGE sliding door pantry, and GOOD SIZED CABINETS!!
The balcony is very generous, and I feel very safe living here because all of the apartment areas are so well lit! AND we are located within 1 mile of so many great restaurants and shopping centers!! Less than a mile to I 85 as well! The laminate plank flooring is beautiful, the granite bar top is gorgeous, there really are no complaints, EXCEPT One ~ We have an issue with parking. There is not enough parking available for residents to be able to park, and having a guest is a problem, again because they under estimated parking slots .
We do have a business center where there are two computers and a printer and that is super convenient! beautiful pool /BBQ area thats really fabulous! We have an amazing service called Package Concierge that stores so packages in a 24 hr locked secured place til we pick them up!! Pets are allowed. I have never paid such LOW UTILITY BILLS!! $12 a month for water, around $35 for electricity. AC is currently on 68, and even when I moved in during winter time, I had no problem being warm, so I didnt have to keep the heat very high.
I should to tell you we have an indoor area to wash pets, outside for cars, small dog park and gym. ALL 24 access!
LOVE LAUREL VIEW and plan to stay here indefinitely!!!!
