Too many cockroaches! We ask for our apartment to be sprayed, and they say they put our name down, but it took a year to make it happen.

The Apartments Are Well-Maintained And The Location Is Great. The Main Issue I Have Had To Deal With Is A Persistent Cockroach Problem. In Addition, The Ac Units Are Pretty Noisy, Which Could Be An Issue For Residents Sleeping In Bedrooms Located Near The Units. My Sleep Has Also Been Disrupted By Grass Mowing Early In The Morning (~7:30am). Overall, However, I Have Had A Very Positive Experience.

Rent and space are good. However, roaches are a problem.

Good.. the only problem is that there are small cockroaches which seems to be hard to be eliminated.

The apartments are remarkably spacious and the maintenance crews are competent and efficient. The aesthetic of the interior is somewhat lacking, but only somewhat. For the price, it couldn't be better than it is.

The walls are incredibly thin and the floors and super creaky. I can hear our upstairs neighbors walking, talking, and just standing sometimes because they are so thin and creaky. It's a huge distraction. They are also not loud at all. There are bugs in here everyday, even though we have had it sprayed. The seal on the front door is poor and that's how the crickets get in. the windows are old and allow way too much cold air in.
