Location is great, I have lived here for at least 5 years and I have always enjoyed the peaceful quiet place a Read Morend scenery and friendly neighbors. The problem is the new managment company-Waypoint Managment. This property has had a couple different property managment companies during my time here, but Waypoint is by far the WORST I've ever seen! They increased the rent and forced alot of the long time residents out. I had to call tje president of the company just for them to compromise on my renewal agreement, as they were charging me MORE to RENEW than they were promoting on their website! They have now started adding charges for renters insurance that I already have-$50 a month with NO notice to their residents, and the customer service/care is not the same since the new proprty manager came and Sheffine left. They will send packages back without even so much as a phone call or email and when I told the property manager Laura that I'm probably going to move after years or living here due to management, she said "great, I would really like to upgrade your apartment". sheesh! Some customer service right?!

I enjoy living at the Preserve at the Park. The apartment complex is always kept very clean, and the manageme Read Morent is extremely friendly and responsive. I have never had any issues during the one and a half years since I have lived in this great community.

I have been here for many years and have really enjoyed the generally quiet atmosphere of the area (good blend Read More of older people, families and professionals). There have been a lot of great renovations to modernize the complex a bit (it is close to 30 years old) and I look forward to seeing what can be done in the future.

Overall I like the complex, but the new management is just that: new. I don't feel they've been in a position Read Morelong enough for a proper evaluation.

The toilet has never worked right. Now the garbage disposal is broken. I am reluctant to ask for help because Read Morethe maintenance staff does not fix anything when they come.
