Moved out last month I was paying month by month so that's more money to avoid breaking a lease but it still cost me more then 1700 in fees to move out in which they should of paid me for the things i fixed in the apt when i was there,, I had to pay for stove cleaning when I moved out, mind you I had to clean the stove & refrigerator when I moved in, I had to pay to replace the living room carpet cause the maintenance left some tar like substance on the staircase that got on my shoe & track inside the apt, you have guns firing off day & night, open air broad day light drug dealing & using, drug paraphernalia everywhere junk cars they only tow your car if it's halfway nice cause they know you will pay to get it back, garbage, beer & liquor bottles everywhere, don't expect much from maintenance, leaking ceilings, uneven floors, mold on windows, I should of known when i seen the management office was controlled by non-Americans

ROACHES!!!!! ELETRICAL AND PLUMBING PROBLEMS!!!! THEY JUST TOWED OUR CAR OUT OF OUR LOT THAT HAS NOT ENOUGH PARKING SPACES FOR THE UNITS RENTED!!! DONT WALK AWAY ..... RUN SAVE YOUR FAMILY!!!!!!!
