This place is terrible it has roaches and rats maintenance is never around neither is the office manager they dont fix anything dont move here!!!!!

This place & area looked like it would be super cute and I was HIGHLY interested! HOWEVER, after SEVERAL calls & emails (3 calls & 5 emails to be exact) NO ONE EVER bothered to return my MSGS. Not to mention, I booked 2 separate appointment times on their online calender system, and BOTH times I drove all the way to Gastonia from Charlotte and NO One was there to greet me & show me the unit and take my application! I finally gave up! I was like, 'well I guess they're not very interested in actually renting out a unit'. ?!?! I don't understand this at all but it's a Terrible way to do business (or should I say, NOT do Business) and really makes a Horrible impression! BEware!

applied, called several times about whether i could view the unit, got an answer 3 days later that i could come "any time" so i came the next day around 1pm just for them to see me pull in and immediately go on their 1 hr lunch break. should've waited to apply now im out $100 for nothing :)
