I emailed this apartment complex last week and haven't heard anything back. This is very disappointing because I wanted to get the process started and schedule a tour or discuss pricing and the application process. We'll be looking elsewhere for an apartment.

I recently just moved here December 6th. I was so eager to move out on my own that I was oblivious to the signs that this was a horrible complex. Ive been here less then 2 weeks and Ive killed over 20 roaches to the point that one was in my hair. I have never in my life lived with this problem I am a very very clean person. I have emailed, called and spoke to the leasing agents about this problem. All they same to say is that pest control will be over every Wednesday. But yet the bugs are still here. Ive noticed that the painting with they stated was dont before I can is horrible. There are stains on the walls, the tub has cracks in base. The carpet is coming apart from the walls to where you can see the floor underneath (which is where some of the bugs come up from. Ive opened cabinets and seen dead roaches inside. I was not expecting this apartment to be like this, the apartment they show you is not the same as the one you would get. Im just really disappointed that we are in this situation. I hope this review helps someone learn from my mistakes.

I hate this place. They will tell you anything to get you into an apartment and after you spend the money somehow youre apartment isnt available roaches everywhere. Management never answers but they call you repeatedly if they have any questions & expect for you to answer. Very Bogus Staff. Doesnt look like the pictures online. They Painted over the older apartments and call it renovations I dont see how you are renovating everything if you are just painting over a mess.

Thanks for writing. For pest issues, please let your Community Manager know as soon as possible so we can offer you free pest control to help resolve the problem. In terms of the apartment renovations, the model apartment fixtures and finishes reflect the Platinum Level Model, which residents have the option of choosing. We've done extensive property renovations during the year and are still completing these. If you have any unresolved issues, please call Chris at the office.

They are all super nice any time I have a problem they come as soon as they can normally about an hour or so which is great compared to the four day at other places I have lived. They are not the new complex around but they keep what they do have in great shape so far I love living here and I don't think I will be leaving any time soon
