Take your money elsewhere! We were sold when they were so nice, free first month, and told it was 21 and over. Read More But now that we signed, they are rude and their neighborhood is terrible. Everything is made like crap, the office staff is rude beyond rude, and everything breaks. The gym equipment is always breaking, the gates are always broken. The walls are so thin you can hear a neighbor sniffle. Neighbors are loud all the time. Security takes over an hour to get to you when you call. Theres no parking. But customer service is the worst!! They have an excuse for everything and try to put it back on you. During a system update they tried to make me feel dumb about the new payment system. Absolutely terrible!! Save yourself some grief and dont bother looking!

My experience has been aweful when I moved in they switched my apartment so it's wasn't what I had agreed on b Read Moreut it was fine because luxury living they aren't going to put me in a bad apartment, right? WRONG! plenty on maintance issues I have called about and so has my girlfriend. They haven't fixed one issue only time maintance has been here is to change the filter and for a leak we had from the upstairs apartment. When maintenance about the issue they told me to call the office I called office nothing happened. When my apartment lucky my girlfriend stopped by to get her charger or everything would have been ruined ... maintance has yet to come back and check on me since the incident now my light in my kitchen doesn't work because of the water in my ceiling ... and their vendor who came to dry the walls broke my son's piggy bank and didn't even try to apologize ... parking here sucks and I paid my rent on time and they gave me a late charge after I paid I've called complaining two weeks in a row. Ask me if anyone has called back? NOPE...They have truly showed me their residents mean nothing it's about the check and come march I am not renewing I rather move any where else to keep dealing with this.

Management lacks serious customer service skills and problem ownership. I requested to speak with the office Read Moremanager after my apartment flooded despite having had two work orders in and having maintenance come by to repair the kitchen sink on two separate occasions over the time span of a week. The manager stated she was unavailable and that she would give me a call. 48 hours later, I still have not received a call back from the office.Management does not seem to care about its tenants, nor the conditions of their apartments. However, they still expect you to pay top dollar for subpar services.

DEAL BREAKER- You can smoke inside the apartments. If you don't smoke count on being able to smell cigarettes Read Moresmoke in your apartment. I can smell smoke inside the washing machine and if I leave my clothes in the dryer too long after the dry time they come out smelling like cigarette smoke. I can also smell the smoke in my kitchen and other random spots where it creeps through the vents. I have called maintenance about this issue and was told that there is nothing that they can do as smoke comes through insulation. I am pregnant so smelling cigarette smoke every time I am in the apartment is a no go. I petitioned to the Signature Property Group to be let out of my lease early, and was told that second hand smoke was just a smell and not a valid reason to break a lease. Try telling that to the thousands of people negatively impacted from second and third hand smoke each year. I asked about moving out completely, but it would be over $1600 to break my lease. Accordingly I have to avoid washing in evening and on the weekends when the cigarette smoke smell is strongest until I can move without a steep financial penalty. As I progressed in my pregnancy I could no longer tolerate the cigarette smell and I ended up moving out a month early but still had to pay rent for the month I was not at the apartment. Clearly Signature Property Group does not give two craps about the tenants that live in their apartments.
