    Manager & office staff are awesome! They are very pleasant & very helpful! Ex: I received 4-5 packages from UPS or Fed Ex & needed to take them to the apartment. I had walked to the office & now it was raining. The office staff volunteered to help me carry the packages, load them into the golf cart, and helped carry my packages up to my apartment! When I moved out of the apartment, the manager gave me a recommendation for movers that were great!

    Was not really worth what I paid for it. The rent was going up to around $800 a month for a 3 bedroom 2 bath (996 sq. ft.) and I am in one now in a way better area and property grounds which is nearly 1500 sq. ft. for the same price. The apartment did not heat or cool properly. The side of the apartment with the 2 bedrooms stayed cold in the winter and hot in the summer. I reported this issue to the office, maint. came out and closed off vents to everywhere but those rooms and said that was all

    The office staff are absolutely wonderful, they are friendly and really seem to care about you as a resident. The apartments are kind of older and the walls are a bit thin, but my overall stay has not been that bad. If you live on the bottom floor, you may have to get used to people walking over your head, especially if they walk heavy. Where I stay the grocery store is literally across the street. So this is a plus. Overall a great place to live
