They let black mold develop & are very slow to accommodate. Maintenance is terrible, leasing office untrustworthy

I love this apt. just hoping I 'll be able to qualify for it because I really would love to change location to be near my children and grandkids since I'm about to retire.

DO NOT MOVE HERE they are a RAT infested community. The maintenance is very lazy and they do half jobs. The office staff dont do the job that they was hired to do . Ive been living here for 3 months and it was the BIGGEST mistake of my life. I have had to call MULTIPLE times of the same issues and they still didnt come out until the health inspector was called. They dont clean up around trash cans like suppose to. Terri NEVER returns phone calls. They will cut the phones before closing and theyre VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Things never get fixed. Management is terrible. Break-ins every other week. women being threatened to be jumped by neighborhood boys and their husbands coming out with guns and shooting in he air while youre walking with your kid. Need i say more? Would not recommend this complex to anyone.

York Towne Townhomes and Apartment is an excellent Place to live. The surroundings are beautiful and kept clean and trim. The Staff are excellent to work with and all maintenance issues are addressed promptly. There is a pool on the premises and is well monitored and maintained. The value of the property is favorable.
