Overall the area the complex is in is nice and a convenient location. The buildings are aging and needs some updates. There are a lot of issues with the AC in the summer. Some areas of the grounds such as the fenced in dog area and the tennis court need improvement.

The office staff is friendly and helpful. When I recently had a water leak in my apartment they sent someone quickly to check it out.

it would be perfect, but I was shocked to get a notice of pending eviction when I'd been there less than a month for non-payment of rent. I had been confused about what date it was due. I admit the management may have tried to reach me by phone (they had the wrong number).

Maintenance needs to be a little better...I still have some issues in my apartment that need to be fixed since I moved in. Also when snowing it would be nice if the street would be cleaned....I've noticed a lot of people had issues coming in and out around the hill/bridge area.

We have only lived here a short time but the staff has been extremely helpful with taking care of some things around the apartment we felt needed fixing. They also encourage us to make our apartment truly our home. I love looking out the windows and be in the trees and I can't wait for warmer weather to sit on my screened porch.
