    Location from base is too far. Over priced conoared to the other apt complex that are closer and offer the same amenities. The community is full of young 18-22 yr old males who have no respect for common areas nor noise discipline. They pride themselves in being the only gated community however the gate remains open the majority of the day and when it breaks they keep it open.
