The walls and ceiling/ floors are paper thin. I can hear bathroom activities, private bedroom activities, fights (all things which i'd say are an invasion of personal privacy); and when a neighbor suffers from insomnia- so do i because i hear them moving around. The prices on rent keep going up- but nothing has changed or improved in the time i've lived here. When i moved in- i would have said it was a good deal- but not now that rent increases have not matched service.

Apartment is outdated and less attractive, for what I am paying; picnic and basketball court needs renovation. Parking is a known issue that management does not want to address, but will happily take our money but show no results from it. You get a Average because of the office staff, they are helpful, caring, and someone you don't mind being around.

Ever since management changed earlier this year, the quality of living here has gone down. The pool, which is very small to begin with, is now closed/not cleaned for unknown reasons, there is inadequate parking, the laundry room is not kept clean. Too many adults (up to 4 students) living as roommates in apartments laid out for two people or a small family. Now the company is apparently paying a consulting firm when that money could go towards improving the apartment complex.

This is my first apartment, so the quality of the apartment is pretty good. The furnishings are somewhat outdated but nothing too extreme. The area is safe and I haven't had any issues with residents other than noise issues every once in a while (but I do live in an apartment under them).

Four different management companies in 5 yrs, rent will increase an additional $52 with new management . The structure base, woodwork, floors, tile of the apartments are old and warn. The front doors are still dented and have never been replaced. Carpets are worn and yearly carpet cleaning was eliminated with new management. The electrical wiring is poor as the bulbs constantly blow out. The ceilings/floors are weak and creaks very loudly.
