Avellan Springs

The overall management of the property is poor, and there is no recourse as residents have no ability to conta Read Morect the corporate location, as the onsite management team has been very clear about (in addition to never receiving a response from the corporate location). It is entirely too stressful to live at Avellan Springs knowing that none of my concerns will ever actually be dealt with. Very pretty buildings though.

I feel safe. Clean & well-maintained campus. All staff members go above & beyond to assist me with being comfo Read Morertable and enjoying my life here. They welcome concerns and address them. They keep me informed with emails, Event planning is great.

The maintenance crew does an excellent job keeping the site clean, and respond quickly to all requests. The o Read Moreffice staff is always pleasant and the quality of the apartments is very good. I've lived here for 3 years and am pleased with my decision to select Avellan Springs as my residence when I relocated.

The walls are too thin and you can hear loud noises from neighbors. Also, there's constructions always going o Read Moren around and can be noisy if trying to get some sleep during the day.

Office staff was ALWAYS rude and made it seem like a burden when you ask them to do their job. Leasing office Read More/Pool/gym was not completed until a year+ after opening the facility to residents Dog park was finished 2+ years after opening facility to residents Rent increased every year, though the property didn't seem to become any better nor the staff that worked there. 3 different managers in 1.5 years
