Good mix of young and old. Most business are in walking distance. Parks are close by. Many restaurants are near. Doctors offices are in walking distance.

I like that it's quiet and secluded. I like that there are several stores nearby within walking distance

Great walking commuity to be in nature. Restaurants are close by but not in the community. Parks, rivers and beach are close by. Community is very well kept up by all.
